Social Planner - Notification for Expired Social Accounts

Ensuring Continuous Social Connectivity

Maintaining an unbroken link between your Social Planner and diverse social accounts is critical in the ever-evolving realm of social media management. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and GMB within Social Planner operate on individual token expiration timelines. The access token acts as the linchpin for uninterrupted publishing and content analysis. Disconnection of a social account halts these vital functions, underscoring the need for authorized access across all social accounts. Authorization automatically generates access tokens, ensuring a seamless workflow. Notably, different social media platforms have distinct authorization expiration periods—LinkedIn with a 60-day limit, Facebook extends to 90 days, and some networks lack any expiration timeframe.

Notification Mechanism: Stay Informed, Stay Connected

To keep you informed and proactive, Social Planner employs a notification system. When a social account token approaches expiration, you'll receive timely notifications. These notifications are personalized based on your preferences and the specified number of days before the email reminder is sent.
