Social Planner - Failed Post Error

Facebook Errors and Solutions 

  • OAuthException, Codes 102, 109, 463, 467: Your Social Account token has expired. Reconnect your social account to resolve this.
  • Codes 1, 2, “Unexpected Error”: This is a temporary issue. Refresh your browser fully and try again in a few minutes.
  • Code 3: The token has expired, or the account lacks posting permissions. Reconnect using an account with the right permissions.
  • Code 10: The LeadConnector app is missing. Add LeadConnector to your Page or Group.
  • Codes 200-299: The account lacks posting permissions. Reconnect using an account with the necessary permissions.
  • Code 368: The post content violates community standards.
  • Code 506: Posting duplicate content within 12 hours is not allowed.
  • Code 1609005: There's an invalid link in the post.
  • Codes 459, 460, and 464: User checkpoint issue. Verify that the LeadConnector app is added to your page/group.
  • Code 492: Insufficient posting permission or expired token. Check permissions and reconnect the account.
  • “Temporary Block”: Facebook has temporarily blocked posting capabilities. Wait for the block to lift before posting again.

Instagram Errors and Solutions

  • Codes 400-2207003: File upload timeout. Try a smaller file.

  • Codes 400-2207001, 2207053: An undefined issue. This typically resolves on its own.
  • Code 400-2207051: The post violates community standards.
  • Code 400-2207042: The daily publishing limit has been reached.

  • Code 400-2207050: The Instagram account is restricted. Ensure it's a Business Account.
  • Code 400-2207028: Carousel posts must have between 2 and 10 images/videos.
  • Code 400-2207040: Maximum tag limit exceeded. Use no more than 30 tags.
  • Code 400-2207005: Insufficient user permissions. Reconnect with an account that has posting permissions.

LinkedIn Errors and Solutions

  • Codes 400, and 403: The Social Account token has expired or is invalid. Reconnect LinkedIn.
  • Codes 404, 500, 504: An undefined issue. This typically resolves on its own.
  • Code 422: Duplicate content cannot be posted within 12 hours OR A required field is missing, or the post copy is too large
  • Code 400: The account lacks posting permissions. Reconnect using an account with the necessary permissions.
  • Code 409: A temporary error. Refresh your browser and try again in a few minutes.

Google My Business (GMB) Errors and Solutions

  • MISSING_VALUE, INVALID_VALUE: A value is missing. Complete your Google Business Profile setup and reconnect.
  • VALUE_OUTSIDE_ALLOWED_RANGE: The post character limit has been exceeded. Reduce the word count.
  • OPERATION_EXECUTION_ERROR, EXPIRED_VALUE: The Social Account token has expired. Reconnect the account.
  • PHOTO_FETCH_FAILED, PHOTO_UPLOAD_FAILED: Media upload failure.
  • OPERATION_UNSUPPORTED_UNDER_ACCOUNT_CONDITION: The operation is not supported under current account conditions.
  • LOCATION_DISABLED_FOR_LOCAL_POST_API: The Local Post API is disabled, typically for locations within a chain.
