Social Planner provides you with all of the tools necessary to engage and interact with your audience through Twitter. Add all of your posts from Twitter profiles to make sure you never miss an opportunity, and easily respond and start meaningful conversations at any given time. Use Social Planner to tweet, like, and retweet your fellow community members for maximum engagement! Plus, you can follow up on each post with comments to show you truly care about their opinions.
Connecting Your Twitter
If you don't have any social media account connected yet, you will see this page, click on the Twitter icon in the wizard with the connect option as shown below to start setup.
If you already have an account connected, click on the Setting option (Gear icon) at the top right corner of Social Planner.
The next step is to click on Connect a new Twitter Account of the table as shown below to manage.
Authorize Twitter Profile
When you choose to connect your Twitter account, you will first need to fill in your username and password. Then, you will need to authorize permissions with Lead Connector by selecting the blue Authorize App button.
Verify your connection
Once you’ve authorized your account, you will be able to select the pages you would like to connect to. When you’ve successfully connected your Twitter account, you will see it in the list of connected accounts. If at any point you would like to add a new Twitter account or remove one, select the settings icon where you can make any changes necessary to social account connections.
