Proposals and Estimates - How to customize notifications sent

In today's fast-paced business world, effective communication is key to success. Whether it's conveying important information to clients or keeping your team in the loop, clear and streamlined communication processes are essential. That's why we're excited to introduce some exciting updates to our Proposals and Estimates system that will make communication easier and more efficient for businesses like yours.

User-Friendly Settings

Imagine being able to send emails to your clients that perfectly reflect your brand and communication style. With our new customizable email templates feature, you can do just that. Whether you prefer a professional tone or a more casual approach, you can tailor your email templates to suit your needs. Plus, with easy-to-use settings, customizing your templates is a breeze. 

Simply head to the Settings page in the Document & Contracts section.

Navigate to "Customer Notifications" or "Team Notifications," and let your creativity flow.

Customize your customer notification here. 

Document Received

Toggle on the Document Received button to enable the template used in sending documents.

Email Template

Choose the email template you want from the drop-down menu.

Document Signed

Toggle the Document Signed button to enable the template used when the document has been successfully signed/accepted by the recipient

Email Template

Choose the email template you want from the drop-down menu.

Default Team Notifications

Keeping your team informed about important updates is crucial for smooth collaboration. That's why we've made it even easier for team members to stay in the loop with our default team notifications feature. Now, team notifications will automatically be sent to the business user who is sending the proposal or document by default. This ensures that everyone involved is kept in the know, facilitating better teamwork and communication.

Dynamic Proposal Customization

When it comes to winning over clients, personalization is key. With our dynamic proposal customization feature, you can easily insert custom values directly into your email content. This means you can include links, customer details, total amounts, and more in your email templates, making your communication more engaging and informative. Whether you're pitching a new project or following up on an estimate, dynamic proposal customization helps you make a lasting impression on your clients.

Navigate to the Template section and create a new template.

Add the Text Element, click on the Custom Value Icon, and select the Proposal option from the dropdown menu.
