Welcome to the "Opportunities" tab overview. This section is designed to help you efficiently manage and organize new business opportunities by incorporating them into pipelines, allowing you to monitor their progress throughout the entire sales cycle. Once the pipelines are in place, you can start leveraging this powerful feature to streamline your sales process.
NOTE: If you do not currently have "Pipelines" set up, you will either need to visit the setting area and create them yourself or contact your CRM administrator to create them for you.
Filter By Pipelines
You can filter your opportunity by Pipelines allowing for a more targeted and efficient analysis of your sales pipeline's progress and effectiveness.
Opportunity Cards
Opportunity cards offer you the ability to effectively manage and organize pipelines of leads, customers, and other potential business deals as they progress through various stages within distinct sales funnels. By leveraging these cards, you can efficiently monitor the advancement of each opportunity, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales process and enhancing overall pipeline management.
Quick Card Action
These action icons at the footer of each card allow you to add and manage activities seamlessly.
Call
When you click on the call icon it speed-dials the contact number
View Conversation
When you click on this icon, it directs you to the contact's conversation thread.
Add Tag
Click on this icon to add a tag to your contact card.
Add Notes
This icon directs you to the Note tab where you can add any additional info about the contact.
Add Tasks
When you click on this icon on a contact's card it allows you to assign any user in your team to a task specifically for that contact.
Add an Appointment
Click on this icon to book an appointment with the contact.
Opportunity Search Bar
To locate a particular opportunity, utilize the search bar and input any relevant contact details or the unique opportunity name associated with it. This feature allows you to quickly and efficiently find specific opportunities by searching based on identifiable information, streamlining your ability to manage and track their progress in the sales process.
Sort By
You have the option to organize your opportunities based on the date they were added to your CRM. You can sort by:
Date Added This allows you to filter all opportunities by the date when they were added to your CRM in descending or ascending order.
Deal Value This allows you to filter all opportunities by the deal value in your CRM in descending or ascending order.
Click on the arrow to switch between the descending or ascending order.

By Owner
Opportunities can be designated to individual users, making it an invaluable feature for sales teams. By allocating specific opportunities to team members, responsibilities are clearly defined, and collaboration is enhanced. To efficiently manage and track the progress of these assignments, you can apply filters based on opportunity owners, allowing for a streamlined overview of tasks and their corresponding team members.
By Follower

By Status
Opportunities within the sales pipeline can be assigned various statuses, such as "Open," "Won," "Lost," or "Abandoned," depending on their current stage in the sales process. Utilizing the filtering feature, you can easily sort and view opportunities based on a specific status, allowing for more efficient management and evaluation of your sales pipeline's progress.
By Campaign Type
You can refine your opportunities by filtering them according to the specific campaigns from which they originated. This enables you to gain valuable insights into the effectiveness and performance of various campaigns, allowing you to make informed decisions about resource allocation and future marketing strategies. By comparing the success rates of different campaigns, you can identify areas for improvement and optimize your sales efforts.
By Last Stage Change
Efficiently filter opportunities based on the date range a stage was changed. You can narrow down and focus your exploration on the opportunities that fall within the selected timeframe, making it easier to manage and evaluate your sales pipeline progress.
By Created On
Efficiently filter opportunities based on the date range they were created. You can narrow down and focus your exploration on the opportunities that fall within the selected timeframe, making it easier to manage and evaluate your sales pipeline progress.
By Updated on
Efficiently filter opportunities based on the date range they were updated. You can narrow down and focus your exploration on the opportunities that fall within the selected timeframe, making it easier to manage and evaluate your sales pipeline progress.
By Lead Value
Filter opportunities based on lead value by selecting "is", "lesser than", "greater than", "not equal to", "is empty", or "is not empty". If selecting one of the first 4 options, enter the numerical value in the Value field.
By Opportunity Won On
Efficiently browse your opportunities Won by specifying a date range for your search. You can narrow down and focus your exploration on the opportunities that fall within the selected timeframe, making it easier to manage and evaluate your sales pipeline progress.
By Opportunity Lost On
Efficiently browse your opportunities Lost by specifying a date range for your search. You can narrow down and focus your exploration on the opportunities that fall within the selected timeframe, making it easier to manage and evaluate your sales pipeline progress.
Download Opportuinties List
Utilizing this tab, you can export the data about the opportunities generated within the pipeline. This feature enables you to extract and analyze essential information regarding your opportunities, further assisting in the management and evaluation of your sales process.
To download your opportunities List, Filter the opportunities you want to download so that it narrows down the list, then click on the 3-dot menu on the upper right corner of your page and select Export. You will get a popup notification of the export progress.
Additional Info
You can refine your opportunities by applying filters based on specific criteria, such as leads with assigned tasks, calendar events, notes, and more. This feature allows for efficient management and targeting of relevant opportunities. Additionally, the system retains your previous filter selections, ensuring a seamless user experience when revisiting the opportunity filtering process.
