The Facebook Ads Reporting section within the Reporting tab will show you statistics about your current Facebook Ads campaigns. Quickly and easily view your Facebook Ads data without having to go into Facebook. You can view data on the campaign, adset, and ads level, as well as demographic data to view who your Facebook Ads are being shown to!
Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.
Sample Data & Integration Settings
You are currently looking at sample data. In order to see your Facebook Ads data, you need to integrate your Facebook account and sync your Ads data.
Selecting Date Range
To effectively analyze advertising data, it is essential to filter and set specific date ranges. This ensures that the data being analyzed is relevant and accurate. Click on the calendar selector in the top right to select the date range you would like to view, then click the green checkmark button to see your Facebook Ads data reflect the date range you’ve selected!
Facebook Ads Reporting Types
This guide explains the Facebook Ads data that is tracked on a multiple levels, including:
- The Campaign Level
- The Adset Level
- The Ads Level
- The Demographics Level
Campaigns with 0 views are not included in Report. Newly created campaigns take a while to update.
Campaign Reporting - Facebook Ads
The Campaign Reporting tab enables you to monitor and evaluate the traffic and leads generated by your ad campaigns.
Campaign Impressions Timeline
You can view a timeline of your total impressions at the campaign level, based on the date range selected, in the Campaign Impressions Timeline section.
Impressions Per Campaign
The Impressions Per Campaign chart provides an overview of the total impressions per campaign during the selected date range.
Campaign Publisher
The Campaign Publisher chart shows the percentage of impressions from various channels where your Facebook Ads are being displayed.
Campaign Data Cards
The Campaign Data Cards section displays individual cards that show your campaign data and the percentage increase or decrease over a specific period.
The comparison is made to the previous date range selected and is based on the current selected date range.
For instance, if you have chosen 3 months as the date range, the data will be compared to the preceding 3-month period.
Campaign Data Table
In addition, the Campaign Data Table presents a comprehensive table that showcases all the campaign-level data. This feature is particularly useful when comparing the performance of different campaigns against one another.
Adset Reporting - Facebook Ads
The Adset Reporting feature provides data that is categorized according to the specific Ad sets within your campaigns.
Ad sets with zero views are not included in the report. Newly created campaigns take a while to update.
Adset Impressions Timeline
The Adset Impressions Timeline displays the total impressions at the Ad set level based on the selected date range.
Impressions Per Adset
The Impressions Per Adset chart gives an overview of the total impressions per Ad set during the chosen date range.
Adset Publisher
The Adset Publisher chart shows the percentage of impressions received by the Ad sets from different channels where your Facebook Ads are being displayed.
Adset Data Cards
The Adset Data Cards provide individual cards that display data at the ad set level, indicating the percentage increase or decrease over a specific time period.
The data is based on the selected date range and compared to the previous date range selected.
For instance, if the date range is set to 3 months, the data will be compared to the preceding 3 months.
Adset Data Table
The Adset Data Table presents a comprehensive table containing all data at the ad set level, which is useful for comparing campaign performance.
Adset Data Table Columns
Users can customize the table columns by clicking the button and selecting the desired columns to display.
Ads Reporting - Facebook Ads
Ads Reporting gives an overview or Facebook Ads data that is tracked at an ads level, with more data available in other sections. The Ads Reporting section enables users to analyze which specific ads are performing well compared to others and narrow down their view.

Ads Impressions Timeline
In the Ads Impressions Timeline, users can see a timeline of their total impressions at the individual ad level based on the selected date range.
Impressions Per Ad
The Impressions Per Ad chart displays the total impressions per individual ad during the chosen date range.

The Ads Publisher chart shows the percentage of impressions that individual ads are receiving from the different channels where Facebook Ads are shown.
Ads Data Cards
The Ads Data Cards section provides individual cards displaying data at the individual ad level, along with the percentage increase or decrease over a specific time period.
This data is based on the selected date range and compared to the previous date range selected.
For instance, if the date range is set to '3 months,' the data will be compared to the preceding 3 months.
Ads Data Table
The Ads Data Table presents a comprehensive table containing all data at the individual ad level, which is useful for comparing campaign performance against others.
Demographics Reporting - Facebook Ads
This guide explains the Facebook Ads data that is tracked on a demographics level. Here you will see data that is broken up by the demographics such as Age, Gender, and Location.
Campaigns with 0 views are not included in Report. Newly created campaigns take a while to update.

Here you will see a chart showing the percentage of impressions coming from different genders.
Demographics - Country
Here you will see a chart showing the percentage of impressions coming from different countries.

Here you will see a chart showing which age groups are giving your Facebook ads the highest percentage of impressions.
Demographics Data Cards
Here you will see individual cards showing your data at the campaign level, as well as the percentage they have increased or decreased over a certain period of time.
This is based on your selected date range and compares to the previous date range selected.
